What we send

• Replies to a text, call or web request you started.
• Consultation scheduling, confirmations, changes and reminders.
• Requests for information or documents about a matter you asked the firm to look at.

We do not send marketing or promotional texts, and we do not send bulk or broadcast messages. Every text relates to your own inquiry, your appointment, or your matter. We do not text people who have not given us their number, and we do not add numbers to any list.

Consent

You consent to receive texts about your inquiry when you text the office first, or when you give the office your mobile number and ask to be contacted by text. Consent is not a condition of hiring the firm.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your inquiry, usually a few messages around a consultation.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to stop texts at any time; you will receive one confirmation. Reply HELP for help, or call 314-314-9-LAW. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Security

Text messages are not a secure channel. Do not send confidential details, documents or deadlines by text.

Privacy
