The firm represents a client only after it has checked for conflicts of interest and both the client and the firm have signed a written engagement agreement. Until then, please do not send confidential information; the firm may be unable to keep it confidential if it later learns of a conflict.

Fees

Injury matters are usually handled on a contingency fee under a written agreement that states the percentage and how court costs and case expenses are handled, including whether the client owes them if there is no recovery. Other matters are billed as agreed in writing. A consultation fee, where one applies, is shown when you book.

Jurisdiction

The firm practices in Missouri state courts and in federal courts in Missouri. It does not seek representation in any state where this site would not comply with that state’s rules.
